PS Fildes joined Warwickshire Police in 1987 and served the first 4 years at Nuneaton before moving to reactive duties at Atherstone in 1991. On promotion to Sgt in 2000, Roger was posted to Bedworth as a reactive Sgt before moving back to Atherstone in 2001. Now responsible for all 4 SNTs in North Warwickshire, Roger is committed to promoting partnership working to deal with locally identified issues.

I have been a Special Constable since late 2011, joining the Safer Neighbourhood North Team at Atherstone. I work in education and with my knowledge hope to help and support my local community. I enjoy many outside activities, including football and running.

I joined Warwickshire Police in 1990 as a Special Constable where I worked at Nuneaton for 3 years. I then worked in the force control room for 13 years before joining Warwickshire as a regular Police officer in February 2005. I was initially based at Bedworth as a reactive officer before moving to Atherstone in July 2007 . From May 2011 I have become the Beat Manager for the North Warickshire Safer Neighbourhood North Team.

I joined Warwickshire Police in March 2007 as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). I am stationed at Atherstone and work as part of the North Warwickshire Safer Neighbourhoods North team covering the stated wards above. I enjoy the responsibilities that this role gives and hope to bring my life experience to the job.

I have been based at Atherstone Police Station throughout my career in Warwickshire Police as a Police Community Support Officer. I work as part of the North Warwickshire Safer Neighbourhoods North team covering the stated wards above. I continue to enjoy resolving any issues that arise within my local community. Outside of work I enjoy sport, including golf and football.

I have been a Special Constable at Atherstone for a number of years now, originally on reactive shift but now attached to the Safer Neighbourhoods North Team. I have recently become the Acting Specials Sergeant to support the North team and new recruits. I enjoy my role and helping the public in my spare time and supporting my local community.

I have joined Warwickshire Police in December 2011, as a Special Constable within the Safer Neighbourhood North Team. I am an Assistant Manager of a Retail Outlet, hoping with my skills to support and help my local community. I enjoy my role and outside of this participate in many varied activities.
