A man has been charged with murder following an incident in Beech Grove, Arley on Sunday night.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene at about 21.45hrs where a 34 year old man had suffered fatal injuries. He was declared dead at the scene.

Kevin Harper, 47, was arrested on Sunday and was last night charged to appear before Nuneaton magistrates today, Tuesday February 9.

A post mortem examination was due to be carried out on the dead man yesterday, and the results expected later today.
