A Warrant was executed at 1725 hrs on 21st June 2011, in Erdington Rd, Atherstone for cannabis cultivation. There was a positive result at the address where 17 cannabis plants (between 2-3 ft tall), plus several bags of dried cannabis were found. 1 male was arrested for cannabis production.

The male had utilised a small cupboard, in his front first floor bedroom, to grow 7 plants. He then used the middle first floor bedroom, where he had constructed a well insulated room within the room, to grow a further 10 plants. The rear first floor bedroom, was then used to dry all the harvested cannabis.

He was interviewed back at Nuneaton, where he made a complete admission and was subsequently issued with a caution. There was no evidence of supply.
