North Warwickshire has a Mobile Community Police Office, jointly funded by the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP). This vehicle is used by PCSOs to reach all areas of the community.

The CDRP has appointed a dedicated Community Engagement Officer who maintains contact with over 250 individuals and groups within the community, updating them on joint initiatives.

The CDRP employs a Nuisance Co-ordinator who collates details of local incidents and briefs the PCSOs. This helps to identify offenders and links them to educational establishments, where presentations from police officers can prevent further problems.

The PCSOs are in close contact with victims of crime, providing reassurance and developing community relationships.
