Two arrested on suspicion of theft of taxi

Officers arrested two men on suspicion of stealing a private hire taxi during an incident that occurred at 12.50pm on 10 July 2012 in Edinburgh Crescent, Leamington Spa.
Police used Twitter, Facebook and the media to ask the public for their help in locating the vehicle.
The vehicle was later spotted by officers at 3.30pm near Hatton, Warwick and stopped on the A4177 just prior to the Charingworth Drive island where the arrests were made.
The two men who are aged 31 years old from Leamington Spa and 34 years old from Warwick are currently in police custody awaiting questioning.
